๐ปWhat will you do on a day-to-day basis?๐ป
Perform legal and debtor due diligence on NPL and distressed debt portfolios.
Review legal documentation related to debtors, collateral, guarantees, insolvency, foreclosure, litigation, and restructuring processes.
Support underwriting and valuation processes through legal, recovery, and cash flow analysis.
Identify legal risks, procedural issues, and recovery opportunities within portfolios.
Analyze KPIs, recovery assumptions, and expected cash flows to support investment decisions.
Prepare client-facing presentations with analytical findings and strategic recommendations.
Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, technical, investment teams, and external advisors
Conduct macroeconomic and sector research focused on real estate and debt markets
We value analytical profiles with interest in distressed debt, legal-financial analysis, restructuring, and investment advisory.
๐ What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?๐
5โ8 years of experience in NPL portfolio analysis, distressed debt, restructuring, servicing, or banking/legal advisory environments.
Strong understanding of secured lending, insolvency proceedings, foreclosure processes, and debt recovery frameworks.
Experience reviewing legal and financial documentation associated with loan portfolios.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commercial mindset.
