We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Developper Jr. to spearhead the sales efforts and drive the adoption of our cutting cutting-edge mortgage lending technologies.💪💪
💻What will you do on a day-to-day basis?💻
Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement strategic & Go-to -Market plans to expand the market share of our mortgage lending technologies within financial institutions in Europe.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the mortgage industry.
Sales Leadership:
- Work closely with senior team members in managing the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation, gradually taking on more responsibility as you develop the necessary skills to handle these tasks independently.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets, while learning and growing into a fully autonomous role with a focus on revenue growth.
Product Expertise:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in mortgage lending technologies.
- Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our end end-to -end solutions to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in financial institutions.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that address specific requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of mortgage lending technologies.
🔎 What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?🔍
Ideally, you will have at least 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role, such as Business Developer, Product Owner, or related positions.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administrations or related fields is essential.
We are seeking a candidate with experience in technological environments, interested in the latest trends in the IT market, in order to contribute to the development of proposals for our business area.
This role requires a clear focus on negotiation and the successful closure of complex deals.
We highly value any demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in the financial technology sector.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English are required.
Proficiency in additional languages is desirable.
