• Prospeção e análise de mercado;

• Angariação de ativos e/ou oportunidades imobiliárias;

• Acompanhamento de clientes, nacionais ou estrangeiros.

• Conhecimentos locais / regionais na área imobiliária para onde se candidata;

• Aptidão para o uso de ferramentas online (softwares imobiliários, redes sociais, portais, etc.).

• Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;

• Boa capacidade de negociação;

• Boa capacidade de comunicação;

• Autonomia e proatividade;

• Capacidade de organização e gestão do tempo;

• Orientação ao cliente.
