Our Mission
The Real Estate and Foreclosure Assignments (CDR) Department is responsible for managing assets from the end of the auction process. Initially, it focuses on identifying investors for CDR transactions, and subsequently, after adjudication, it manages REO assets, overseeing their commercialization with the objective of maximizing sale price and minimizing time to sale.
