Senior Project & Account Manager
A Finsolutia está em fase de crescimento e consolidação da marca e procura um(a) Senior Project & Account Manager para gestão e acompanhamento de projetos estratégicos, com especial foco nos principais clientes da organização.
Objetivo principal da função:
A gestão integral de projetos (delivery end-to-end), garantindo cumprimento de prazos, orçamento, qualidade e alinhamento com os requisitos do cliente;
A gestão da relação com o cliente numa lógica de account management, assegurando proximidade, acompanhamento contínuo, identificação de riscos e oportunidades, e promoção da satisfação e retenção;
A coordenação interna com equipas técnicas e funcionais, assegurando alinhamento entre necessidades do cliente e capacidade de entrega.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Planeamento, execução e controlo de projetos estratégicos;
Gestão de stakeholders internos e externos;
Monitorização de KPIs de projeto e reporting executivo;
Gestão de riscos, issues e change requests;
Acompanhamento contratual e suporte à identificação de oportunidades de expansão;
Garantia de alinhamento com as melhores práticas de governance e metodologias de delivery.
Perfil
Experiência prévia comprovada em gestão de projetos, preferencialmente em contexto tecnológico/fintech;
Experiência em gestão de contas e relacionamento com clientes estratégicos;
Conhecimento sólido de metodologias de gestão de projeto (tradicionais e ágeis);
Experiência na utilização de ferramentas de gestão de projetos;
Fluência em inglês (obrigatório);
Espanhol (valorizado);
Forte capacidade de comunicação, negociação e gestão de stakeholders;
Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e autonomia.
