Our Mission
The IT, Product & Tech department drives Finsolutia’s business through robust, scalable, and results-oriented technological solutions. Its role is key in positioning the company as a tech-enabled organization, developing proprietary products such as 4Sight, which enable both Finsolutia and its clients to operate with efficiency, agility, and precision.
Beyond ensuring the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure, this team leads product development, drives innovation in internal tools, and supports the digitalization of core business processes across all areas.

How do we add value?
- Ensuring that the company’s day-to-day operations are supported by stable, secure, and efficient systems.
- Providing agile technical support to internal users through the Helpdesk team.
- Developing platforms such as 4Sight, which centralize loan lifecycle management and integrate key business functionalities
- Continuously improving user experience, functionality, and automation through developments in UI/UX, DevOps, Testing, and Data Analytics.
- Supporting business teams in the evolution of requirements and functionalities through agile methodologies. -
