๐ปWhat will you do on a day-to-day basis?๐ป
Responsible for updating the data of the assigned portfolios (NPL; PLs; REOs portfolios) ensuring the data quality and consistency: CFs allocation; balance; loan and assets information; etc.
Cash Management and Account Provisioning: bank accounts balance control, collections upload, upstream report, etc.
To collaborate in processes control and quality data monitoring.
To support the daily operational tasks to keep the portfolio data updated.
To collaborate in boarding processes (data inconsistency analysis, data cleaning and mapping).
To attend both business teams and investor queries.
To create debt certificates.
To detect and implement developments in cross-level workflows that improve efficiency among all company teams.
To implement data quality controls to reduce the operational risk.
To keep the system updated through the massive upload of information or documentation.
To generate different types of monitoring reports required.
Manage the system users.
๐ What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?๐
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Engineering.
Experience in the financial industry; experience with NPL, Performing Loans, and/or REO will be highly valued.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge of SQL and/or Access and Python.
Intermediate level of English and fluency in Spanish.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Team-oriented mindset.
