For this reason, we are looking for a Communications & Culture Specialist with at least 5 years of proven experience to support and execute our communication efforts, across markets and internally, helping strengthen our brand, enhance visibility, and contribute to a strong, aligned culture.💪💪

Support communication across international markets
Assist in reinforcing Finsolutia’s positioning in a SaaS and technology-driven context
Promote a strong internal culture aligned with the company’s values
🧩 Key Responsibilities🧩
Communication & Brand
Support the execution of the communication strategy
Ensure brand consistency across channels and key touchpoints
Assist in the development of campaigns and communication initiatives
Create and adapt content (articles, presentations, reports, press materials)
Coordinate with external partners, including agencies and suppliers
Digital & Content
Manage and update digital channels (LinkedIn, website, newsletters)
Create and publish B2B content
Support the creation of thought leadership content (white papers, insights, eBooks)
Assist in website content updates and SEO optimization
Monitor performance and report on KPIs
Internal Communication & Culture
· Contribute to internal communication initiatives that engage and connect teams
· Develop content for internal channels and campaigns
· Assist in ESG, Employer Branding, and DEI communication initiatives
· Collaborate with different teams to ensure effective communication flow
Events & PR
Coordinate institutional events and key activations
Support media relations and external visibility
Identify communication opportunities across markets
🛠 Tools & Platforms🛠
Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Newsletter tools)
Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager & Google Search Console
Social Pilot
🔎 What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?🔍
5+ years of experience in communications, specifically within B2B and technology sectors
Strong writing skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
Experience managing digital channels and content
Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Interest in data and performance tracking
Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is an advantage
