    - No possession handovers fail
    - No sales are lost due to missing documentation
    - Key and materials deliveries are completed correctly

  • What do we expect from new team members?

    We expect cooperation, a clear understanding of the end‑to‑end process, and agile communication.
    When different teams understand how their work fits into the overall sales process, coordination improves and everything flows much more smoothly.
